ROAR cultural
ROAR Cultural aims to provide a safe space for the reflection and recognition of the impact racism, prejudice and oppression have on mental health and wellbeing. Exploring some of the specific risk factors for Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic communities, along with raising awareness around the cultural models and language of mental health and wellbeing. The course examines the role of culture, relationships, belonging and identity as protective factors in building resilience and supporting mental health and wellbeing.
There will be a cost of £200 per delegate for this course.
